Our Members
Generations of Portland residents consider Waverley their home away from home, where great times can be enjoyed together effortlessly. We come together here to enjoy the camaraderie of a favorite foursome, the joy of a special occasion, or the unexpected connection of a spontaneous conversation. People of all ages are drawn together here through friendly competition, spirited activities and events, and an atmosphere that is naturally compelling.
Juniors
Year-round events and junior-themed activities help our younger members learn important life skills, while creating opportunities for busy families to reconnect. The club regularly offers a range of junior sports programs, camps, clinics and other activities.
When the sun is shining, kids of all ages enjoy time outdoors on the Willamette and at the pool, and younger tennis enthusiasts can advance their game through fun lessons and kids clinics led by our Tennis Pro.
Tennis + Bocce
Our tennis court is a popular destination for members eager for some friendly racquet-sport competition, or to simply enjoy an active afternoon working on the finer points of their game. Our Tennis Pro offers members and juniors the opportunity to take individual or group lessons, or join one of our regular clinics.
The bocce court is adjacent to our tennis court, and it draws a regular group of players who love the slower pace, strategic skills and social aspects of this popular game.
Aquatics
Our pool is perfect for a refreshing dip into crystal-clear water or serious lap swimming.
The expansive sundeck, poolside dining, and one of the most scenic riverfront settings in the Northwest, combine to create a relaxing summertime retreat that is the envy of any luxury resort.
Culinary + Wine

Our culinary program fully embraces both traditional and Northwest niche cuisines and our unique craft culture, expressed through an endless array of innovative casual and fine dining options.
Members come together over cuisine that unites fresh, locally grown produce with source-conscious ingredients from land and sea, to make the freshest dishes that rival the best in the Northwest.
Our wine program and cellar is recognized as truly exemplary. Recently honored for the fifth consecutive year with the elite "Award of Distinction" by the International Wine Society, Waverley's program features three temperature-controlled wine rooms—including a Member's Cellar— housing over 5,000 bottles. Our in-house sommelier will help you navigate the nearly 500 different labels on our wine list, and several by-the-glass choices throughout each season.
River + Dock
The Willamette River is a natural boundary to our campus and the source of natural inspiration for our members. Our riverfront lawn is the ideal place for casual grass-underfoot relaxation. Members also love the fact they can come and go by boat, and use the Waverley dock as the perfect place to launch a kayak, paddleboard, or take sail on the river.
Suites + Accommodations
Perfect for out-of-town guests, Waverley offers beautiful guest accommodations. The four spacious Club suites are located within the main Clubhouse, and the three-bedroom Egan Cottage is located riverside.
The Egan Cottage is close by the Clubhouse and offers inspiring golf course views. The cottage consists of three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, dining and living areas, fireplace and laundry room. Egan cottage is available as part of a special event, or offered to members when accommodating family or out-of-town guests.
All four guest suites at the Club have wonderful views overlooking the Willamette River or North Garden and offer lovely, spacious and comfortable settings.
